Rollcall is a 3-day mountain biking retreat in Stockholm’s stunning archipelago, with guided rides, skills sessions, great food, and meaningful connection. Mountainbikeskolan will handle all operations and logistics, while SHREDLY joins as special guest hosts, bringing the magic from our US retreats - think thoughtful touches, creative activities, and good vibes sprinkled throughout the weekend. The retreat will be held in English.
*You are welcome to join us if you identify as WTFNB (woman, trans, femme, non-binary).
Why Rollcall?
It’s more than just a name. When someone asks your name out loud and you answer, “present” that’s a rollcall. Here we ride with presence and intention. It’s about showing up for yourself, for your crew, and for the ride. This is your call to roll, whether you’ve been riding for years or just finding your flow.

Mountainbikeskolan & Kafé Källtorp are just 15 minutes outside of central Stockholm, Sweden. With over 400 MTB trails right in their backyard, this area offers the absolute best of Scandinavian nature: a patchwork of ancient pine and birch forests, beautiful freshwater lakes, roots and rock gardens. All rides will begin from Mountainbikeskolan and lunch, dinner and “Swedish fika” are made from scratch, with local and organic ingredients, at the adjoining Kafé Källtorp. We will bunk up at the historic STF cabins, just a 5 minute ride from our basecamp.
The riding in this area is technical. Rollcall is ideal for frequent riders or newer riders who comfortably handle beginner trails. We will break up in skills-based groups so you can choose to be challenged or take it easy. In addition to technical riding, we are also planning the Last Light Night Ride, a traditional Swedish dinner with music and dancing and a silent ride. Come for the nature, the nourishment and the community of women who love riding as much as you.

The terrain is technical, so Rollcall is best for riders who regularly ride or newer riders comfortable on beginner trails. At a minimum, you should be familiar with: shifting, brake technique, use of the dropper post, small front wheel lift, and simple cornering. You should be able to ride both uphill and downhill. You should have the fitness to support 3 days of mountain biking.
Before the retreat, everyone completes a rider survey so we can form skill-based groups. A coach from Mountainbikeskolan will lead each group through the beautiful “Hellas” area, with stops to practice skills and techniques on real trails.
Groups will cover beginner, intermediate and advanced trails. There is no upper limit for skills to attend Rollcall – double black diamond babes welcome! Groups will remain flexible throughout the weekend so you can choose the riding experience you want.
You will need a modern mountain bike in good working order. It’s always nice to ride your bike. If you bring your own, our on-site mechanics can help you set it up and make sure it’s safe (included in your admission). We can also perform service, change brake pads, upgrade pedals etc. (Standard service fees apply, parts available for purchase at 10% discount). Store your bike overnight with us all weekend (indoors for 250 SEK). At the end of the weekend, we are happy to help you re-pack your bike.
Check out the bike rentals page for available makes, models and sizes. Bring your own pedals or choose from our SPDs or flats. Helmets are always included.

About Mountainbikeskolan: Mountainbikeskolan started in 2014 and has been running mountain bike courses ever since. Mountainbikeskolan has a garden café and a garden with its own greenery, berries, fruit, vegetables and herbs. There is also a bike park. Mountainbikeskolan organizes cycling events and dinners for companies and groups who enjoy good food and great cycling.
After attending our 2025 inaugural SHREDLY Summit, Delaney Wessel (the visionary behind Rollcall) asked if we wanted to bring the SHREDLY stoke to an event she was planning in Sweden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to explore a new (to us) area of the world by bike and support another women-led business, so we emphatically said “yes!”. Now we can't wait to ride the beautiful trails around Stockholm's stunning archipelago and enjoy Swedish fika at the amazing Mountainbikeskolan property (where Rollcall will take place).
Mountainbikeskolan was founded in 2014 with a passion for mountain biking and has grown into a one-of-a-kind destination where cycling, beautiful scenery, and good food come together. They offer mountain bike and gravel bike rentals, beginner to advanced MTB courses, a bike park, a conservatory with cultivations, and a lovely garden café that serves up local and organic fare, all made from scratch. We're honored to partner with both Rollcall and Mounatinbikeskolan for this event!
